Hi John, this is Alex the AIDS 2006 Youth Coordinator. There are a few reasons as to why you have
not recieved your registration package, make sure you have a registration number and have received a
confirmation of your registration.
Delegate badges for youth will not be sent out before hand and to qualify for the youth registration
fee, youths must present proof of age by an official, state- or institute-issued document (i.e.
passport, birth certificate, vaccine report, national photo ID card, or driver’s license) onsite,
in order to receive their conference badge, and keep it available during all times at the
Conference.
Also, if you are under 18 you need to submit your parent consent forms before your registration

Hi John, you will have to get your badge on-site at the Metro Toronto Convention Center at the
Registration Desk (it will be huge and labeled very clearly). The Registration Desk opens at noon on
Saturday August 12.
I was talking to Susan Dubbin said that all scholarship winners are having their badges mailed to
them? I'm not exactly sure what I'm supose to do. Haha.
